I called Monster because I had an ad from them in the Val Pak coupons. I live in Burke Centre and CAS is the company the Conservancy uses but they also do work for the residents. I had called and did not hear back and I needed to have the overgrown bushes trimmed so the painters could get in to paint the shutters.
I called Monster and the very next day they were there at 8:30 am to give me an estimate, The very next week they were able to fit me in. They gave me a very fair price, they were professional and they did what they sid they were going to do. Very pleased. A good crew. Highly recommend these guys.

I note the high quality of protective gear your crew members use as well as the quality machinery. These factors and your approach to your business details (e.g. liability law/insurance) tells me you are doing everything to a high professional standard. I was also impressed by your attention to detail writing up the order and the effective integrated business and job management software system you are using — again fully professional and quite impressive in a trade where there are quite a few cowboys and fly-by-nighters. JB Milnor and his team were easy to work with and the work was performed in excellent fashion. They were prompt, efficient and reasonable. The crew showed up on time and dispatched the project within only a few hours. Within only a few days they showed up to finish grinding the stumps as promised. I was so impressed that I met with their arborist, who is taking over care of my fig tree and my Japanese maple. He was knowledgeable and willing to discuss the work that needed to be done to keep these lovely trees in tip top shape! I would highly recommend Monster Tree Service for any of your tree cutting or tree maintenance needs.

Monster Tree Service of Alexandria did a fabulous job on two 25 year old trees in my front yard. One, a Japanese Maple, was trimmed and pruned so that the unique architecture of the tree branches is now visible again. The other, a 30 foot Crepe Myrtle was swallowing the front of my house and needed to be cut back by 50%. The crew was experienced, pleasant, and well trained in their tree trimming skills. Monster Tree Service has been a joy to work with. I plan to call on them again for additional work. They are pros that know what they are doing.

Everyone at this company — from owner JB to managers, arborists and workers — is extremely professional and friendly. The whole process of getting them to come to examine my trees, issue a quote and do the actual work was quick and seamless. I had four tall trees and a holly tree that needed some good trimming. The job took about six hours, plus another hour or so they spent afterwards to make sure they were leaving my yard clean. My neighbor was so impressed he came out and asked for their card. Fast forward a couple weeks and I see them back in the neighborhood busy trimming trees for a few other neighbors! I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!

The care and service was excellent. Dean came out to scope the job and then arrived with the crew to ensure they had all the info to do a great job. The 2 person crew was excellent. They were courteous, safe, protective of the lawn and house, and very efficient at tree cutting. Best of all they did an excellent job of cleaning up and ensuring that I was satisfied with what they were required to do.
I also compliment you on your new chipper, it's a wonderful piece of machinery. Turns big logs into great wood chips.
