I have been working with Kevin and his crew for the last 3 years - we've had a total of 13 trees removed from our property. All trees were Ash that suffered a bad case of Emerald Ash Borer disease, all precariously located near our home and in harm's way. I trust Kevin's judgment on his choice of equipment and handling of our 100'+ trees that needed removal. Since this is our 2nd time working with Monster, Kevin created a strategy for removal and exceptional prices to get the job done. Watching them work on our property is a pleasure - the crew arrives and executes a very safe and flawless service, causing minimal to no damage to the yard; coordinating the removal of a large number of trees with precision - like clockwork; and cleaning up every last bit of brush and saw dust - as if they were never there. Members of his crew are experienced, very respectful, and know exactly what they are doing. Over the course of the next 3 years, we will coordinate additional removals as our yard was affected quite badly from the Emerald Ash Borer disease. We will of course choose Monster again. I am absolutely confident to make referrals to my neighbors and friends to work with Monster because we've been so impressed with them. Kevin is a great community member in the Garnet Valley area and we're happy to have connected with him when we moved here.

Monster was recommended to us by a neighbor, as our previous experience with a local tree service didn’t go so well. We were impressed from the start with the professionalism and knowledge of Mike, the sales rep for Monster, and his quote seemed very reasonable. However, when Kevin and his crew showed up, we were dazzled. We had five different projects, ranging from tree removal / stump-grinding to tree trimming, and they understood the dynamics of each. The crew worked together like a well-oiled machine and the equipment they used was state-of-the-art. In four hours, they cut down two trees, ground up two stumps, trimmed three trees, disposed of all the wood, and cleaned up the yard (including most of my fallen leaves). When Kevin walked us through the “final inspection”, we didn’t find anything that wasn’t completely done to our satisfaction. I would recommend Monster to anyone, for any size project. Our new tree company is Monster, and we proudly display the Monster sign in our yard.

This is a strong recommendation to use this company if you need tree work done. I had a 100 foot plus dead tree to get removed. It was in a tricky location, needed road closures and a lot of administration to get the varying permissions. Monster navigated all those issues, brought a massive crane and got the tree down. The following day they removed all the wood. There is no trace now except the stump of the tree, no mess, no damage to my front yard and no annoyed neighbors. The price was good, 75% of the best other quote. They did what they said they would, responsive, communicative and effective. If I have any more tree work I need done, they will be the first people I call.

First Mike came out and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. The day of the project, Jim, the Crew Manager showed up with his crew exactly on time.
They prepared for the project and the crew was very pleasant and accurate with everything they did. The removal went quickly and we were very pleased with the outcome. After completion and cleaning all areas Kevin showed up to remove equipment and finalize project.
Everything was finalized and accurate and we would definitely recommend them to our area … we will be using them again for sure.

Kevin and his team are very dedicated to taking the upmost care in completing the job from start to finish. We used Monster Tree Service to remove 3 massive 60 and 70 ft. Pine and Maple trees and a Dogwood from our property. The combined years of experience the team has was clearly evident in how they managed to handle the job.
