Meet Our Team

Hunter graduated from the US Naval Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, with deployments across the Middle East, Western Pacific, and Africa. After transitioning from active duty to the Marine Corps Reserves and completing graduate school, Hunter realized that operating a small business in his local community was his next step of service.His background and family tradition in small business inspired him to join Monster Tree, where he could return to hands-on work and lead a dedicated team.

Kris holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army, including deployments to the Middle East. Following his military career, Kris aspired to own and operate his own business. He gained valuable experience as a General Manager in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services before seizing the opportunity to co-own Monster Tree. Together with Hunter, Kris was eager to bring his dream of serving the local community to life through this venture.

Rachael joined the Monster team in 2019, she is dedicated every day to take your calls, answer your emails, and schedule your work. An avid plant mom with dozens of children, Rachael’s prize is a tree-sized monstera plant. Rachael lives in Perkasie with her husband and two cats and has lately been spending her free time learning wood burning art. Rachael’s favorite plant is the one she has tattooed on her arm, which is probably a coconut palm.

Over the last 23 years, Kyle worked his way from the ground up, literally, from newbie brush dragger to top climber to managing our entire operations department since he joined the Monster team in 2020. Kyle lives in Hatboro with his wife and two children, along with three cats and a dog. When he’s not running the safety meeting at 6:30am or helping a crew finish a job before the sun goes down, Kyle can be found in a quiet spot, hunting or fishing. His favorite tree is white oak.

Jamie has worked in the green industry for over 26 years, starting as a lawn technician and performing a wide variety of management, consultation, and sales responsibilities before joining the Monster team in 2015. He lives in Warren County, New Jersey, with his wife and children. In his free time, Jamie enjoys boating and fishing with his children, and smoking fine cigars. His favorite tree is the monkey puzzle tree.
