    Ronnie is originally from Pennsylvania.  He has served the Upstate community in both a municipal and a small business capacity as a highly skilled and very respected climbing Arborist for over 20 years.  Ronnie is a passionate Plant Health Care expert that specializes in tree risk assessments, tree preservation, and large hazardous take downs.  Ronnie is an admitted “gadget geek” that loves to stay on top of the latest innovations in Arboriculture tools and equipment.  Ronnie is married, has a daughter in college, and is a loving father of (6) dogs.  In his spare time Ronnie loves to cook for family and friends.

    Field Operations Manager, Lead Climber & Trainer

    Tommy is originally from Illinois, and a registered TCIA (Tree Care Industry Association) Climbing Instructor.  Tommy is an intensely disciplined and respected leader in the Arboricultural industry with an incredible passion for sharpening his preverbal ‘saw’ and sharing his knowledge.  As an Arborist, and a friend, he is a loyal mentor with exceptionally high and uncompromising standards for helping others achieve excellence.  To remain safe and competitive in climbing, Tommy trains in his off time to stay in top physical condition.  Tommy enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and exploring mountain and coastal towns with his German Shepard.

    Michael is originally from Maryland and has an Urban Forestry degree from Clemson University.  Michael is an exceptionally kind and loyal leader --- a friend to all.  Michael leads our crew in the Field ensuring safe operations, strict adherence to Arboricultural standards, and exceptional client satisfaction.  Michael can be trusted to fulfill any commitment he makes and to do it with passion and exceptional integrity.  Michael is married and has two young children, he and his wife love taking in local events and spending time together as a family.

    Esten is originally from Wisconsin, he is deeply respected for his mechanical knowledge, eagerness to learn new things, and his endless energy and optimism.  Esten is ALL-IN in Arboriculture and loves that each day is different and presents unique opportunities to learn and challenge himself.  He is loved by the team for work ethic, eagerness to go above and beyond, and for his incredible sense of humor.  In Esten’s free time you will find him working on his modified Ford Mustang (1,200+ HP) or dirt biking.

    Kai is a Veteran of the US Army where he served as a Sergeant & Infantry Team Leader responsible for 5 team members and $4M of equipment.  He is also a 2x Army Achievement Medal recipient!  We are very grateful for his service to our great country and the discipline he brings to our organization.  Kai’s desire to achieve greatness with Monster Tree Service has been self-evident since his start with us.  He is smart, safe, hardworking, dedicated, dependable, humble, and kind.  Kai embodies the servant leadership ethos of culture and can be absolutely counted on through thick and thin.

    Office Manager

    Beth is the Office Manager and the true heart and soul of Monster Tree Service of Greenville.  Beth has an extensive background working for Fortune 50, 100, 500 companies in Finance and Customer Service.  Her care for clients is truly exceptional.  Beth gets more done in a week than many do in a month --- she’s either related to Elon Musk or not of this world!   Beth is married, has 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 2 very loved dogs.

    Tom is the Owner & General Manager of Monster Tree Service of Greenville.  He started MTS to follow his passion --- to work outdoors, with family & friends, making a tangible difference in the community.  Tom and his team have been very blessed and recognized Locally (375+ Google & Facebook 5 star reviews and 2021 & 2022 Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite Award), Nationally (2021 MTS Franchise of the Year, 2020 Safety Award) and Internationally (2021 International Franchise Association Franchise of the Year).  Tom is married, has 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 2 of man’s best friends.
