Bill, the founder and owner of our company, was born and raised in Lake County, IL. He is married with three daughters. Before starting this business, Bill served 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and spent 25 years at the corporate headquarters of Sears Roebuck & Co and Jockey International Inc. With an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago School of Business, he aimed to build a company aligned with his core values, believing in prioritizing employee well-being for a superior customer experience.
Bill's team consists of passionate tree care professionals committed to ongoing learning and skills development. They foster a supportive and enjoyable work environment. In his free time, Bill enjoys outdoor activities, boating on the lake, and playing golf.
