This comprehensive hands-on experience has given him a unique perspective and a global understanding of the intricacies involved in tree care, making him a perfect partner for Monster Tree Service in Annapolis and the surrounding communities.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Steve has established himself as a knowledgeable and skilled professional. Steve holds a degree in Forestry Technology from the prestigious school, Pennsylvania College of Technology, which equipped him with a deep understanding of the forestry industry.

As the managing partner of Monster Tree Service of Annapolis, Steve is committed to taking the industry to new heights. Steve’s goal to bring value to both employees and clients by constantly striving for excellence. Steve's mission is to elevate the abilities of everyone involved and breathe life into all clients’ properties through exceptional tree care services. Steve has a deep passion for the outdoors and enjoys spending his free time engaging in various outdoor activities. Whether it's boating, hunting, or simply spending time in nature, Steve finds solace and joy in being outside. He also values the company of individuals who strive to be positive role models and make a difference in our community.

Outside of his professional life, Steve cherishes his role as a family man. He is a devoted husband to his wife and two daughters. Steve leads by example, instilling in his family the values of hard work, dedication, and integrity.

Proud to be an experienced arborist and in the industry since 2008, Guy Allard has a passion for trees and a deep commitment to providing exceptional tree care services, making him a trusted local Annapolis expert in the tree service industry.

Guy’s tree journey began at Paul-Smiths College in New York, where he studied Arboriculture and Landscape Management. This education provided him with a solid foundation in understanding the complexities of trees and their ecosystems.

With his strong academic and professional experience as well as a commitment to honesty and integrity, Guy Allard continues to make a positive impact in the arboriculture industry in Annapolis and the surrounding communities. His dedication to providing exceptional tree care services in our community and his love for nature make him a valuable asset for your project.

Throughout his career, Guy has prioritized honesty and integrity in his work. He believes that transparency and open communication are essential in building trust with our clients. Guy takes pride in delivering high-quality services and ensuring that our clients' needs are met with professionalism, care, and safety.

When he's not working, Guy loves to travel to national parks and explore the great outdoors. He finds solace in camping and enjoys the serenity of nature. Additionally, Guy has a weakness for a good crab cake and an ice cold locally brewed beer (cuz, well, Maryland).

Former Engineer turned Tree expert, John has been working in the industry since 2011. After getting his first degree from LaTrobe University in Australia, John came home to the States to work for a defense contractor for a few years before deciding he needed to get out of the office and into a field that incorporated his passions for climbing, hiking, and learning about the natural environment.

This transition began with a 2-year certification program at the University of Maryland in Landscape Management. At the same time, John began working for one of the biggest tree service companies in the industry, learning all he could about not only pruning and removal operations, but also how to properly identify and treat many tree and shrub health issues common to the mid-Atlantic.

After over a decade running crews and treating trees and shrubs on some of the finest properties in Anne Arundel County, John is ready to bring that knowledge and experience to you!

After hours, John can be found spending time with his son and family, woodworking, playing board games at a brewery, or rolling around at Jiu Jitsu.
