Meet Our Team

  • Cindy

    Cindy

    Owner

Cindy, along with her husband Lance, is the owner of Monster Tree Service of North Pittsburgh. She has a real love and passion for people and service. You won’t find a business owner anywhere that is more dedicated to customer service and providing an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Cindy’s background is in education and industrial sales. She taught Physics at Seneca Valley before teaching at SRU. She then traveled all over the tristate area in industrial instrumentation sales and is the author of 3 Children’s Books. As the mother of 5 grown children and a grandma of 2 sweet boys, starting Monster Tree Service of North Pittsburgh from scratch has been a real adventure and has allowed her to continue her passion of servant leadership. You will often hear her say, “I love my crew and I know you will too.” She means that. Creating a culture of excellence and integrity where young people can learn a great trade, how to treat people properly, and experience a standard of excellence daily in the work place is a real passion of hers. You might catch her on the news talking about trees or out on the job site making sure all is completed with the highest care. When you call, 99% of the time she is the one who is going to answer 24-7-365 unless she’s at church or on the phone with someone else. Cindy and Lance are very involved with the college ministry at their church. If she’s not working with a client or her team you will find her in the kitchen or in her gardens and always with her Aussiedoodle, Finn, by her side. Cindy loves this business that she and Lance have built and you are going to feel that passion, care and attention to excellence from the moment you meet or talk to her on the phone. She counts it an honor to be entrusted with your property and trees.
