Rich Baldyga is the owner and founder of Monster Tree Services of the Research Triangle. He and his family reside in Cary. As a homeowner in the Research Triangle with 30 plus years of work experience in technology and worldwide customer service, he built Monster Tree Service with a commitment to making our land beautiful, as well as leaving customers satisfied with the job they received. He built his business upon the twin pillars of outstanding customer service and the highest quality tree care. Don’t be surprised if you see Rich working with the crew at your home! He loves all aspects of providing tree care services and believes providing top quality service starts with him and his attention to every detail of the business.

Kristen Landrus is our sales arborist for clients in the Research Triangle. Kristen is also a home owner in the area and can appreciate your needs. Kristen is an ISA Certified Arborist and has worked in the tree industry for 8+ years. Not only will she respond quickly to your service requests, but she will provide you options for protecting your tree and shrub investments such as trimming, pruning, tree health care services and complete removals that include stump grinding and debris removal. Kristen is a mother of 4 and a lifelong fan of Mr. Rogers.
