Monster Tree crew took care of a very large walnut tree leaning towards the house-also located on a very dangerous ledge next to a heavily wooded area. They took down that tree in such an organized fashion and incredibly quick. It was pretty amazing and impressive to see one of them all the way at the top of that tree fearlessly taking it down one limb at a time. They were on time, friendly, professional and even pulled down some twigs caught in the gutter of my two story house while they were up there in the skyline. Wow. Five stars!

We could not have been happier with the service we received from Monster Tree Service! We had a very large tree fall on our home during a recent storm. This happened on a Friday evening and our insurance company was being less than ideal to deal with (corporate office since it was the weekend). After a full Saturday on the phone with our insurance company, going back and forth, we were informed to find our own company to handle the tree removal. Monster Tree Service was my second call and I spoke with Cory on Saturday about 4pm, instantly he was there to listen and walk us through the process of what the tree/debris removal/tarping of our roof would entail. Cory came out that same day within about an hour to give us a fantastic bid and help make us feel better about our situation. He had his crew out on Sunday morning and gave us a time of 9-10am for their arrival (it was a Sunday). The crew arrived early, by 8am and immediately got to work! Not only was Cory amazing to work with, the crew (Chris-crew foreman, Ruben, Chris Sr. and Josh) made the entire process seamless for us! They were friendly, professional and greatly exceeded our expectations! We will absolutely be calling Monster Tree Service for any of our landscaping needs and will be referring them to everyone we meet! Thank you again for all of the hard work and exceptional service guys! We appreciate you!

Monster Tree of St. Louis is hands down the best tree company I have ever worked with. I had a large oak in my backyard that fell and needed to be removed. I called the 24 hour service line (along with three other "emergency" tree service lines of local competitors) and Justin called me back within an hour, where the other companies didn't call back for over a day. Justin showed up at my house that day and had a crew out to take care of the tree the following day. I hired them to remove the rest of the oak and they had the best bid of 6 local competitors and could get it done the quickest. They truly care, do not make you feel like an inconvenience (where other companies did) and have been so easy to work with. I will recommend them hands down to any tree company and will only use them in the future. Thank you Monster Tree!

Jason came and gave me an estimate. Jason was professional and knowledgeable and the bid fell right in the middle of the two others. The guys showed up on the day I was told. I had two near dead Silver Maples (one being about 85 feet high) that needed to come down. When working on the first tree a mother raccoon jumped out and ran under my shed. The guys let me know that they may have nicked her and to call wildlife rescue. They found the babies and cut the log below the babies and place the log facing the shed so the mother could see her babies. When I called wildlife rescue they said the guys did exactly right. I appreciated all they did to insure the mama was reunited with her babies. (She came and retrieved them after the guys left for the day.) The guys were respectful, professional and did an excellent job in cutting the trees and removing the debris. I took videos as it was fascinating to watch how they cut parts and brought 30ft sections of the tree down without damage to anyone or anything. Thanks again!

I am floored by the results of Monster Tree Service’s work. My dogwood tree in my backyard got bit by something late summer last year. The leaves turned brown, fell off well before fall and showed no signs that the branches would ever bud again. I thought the tree was dead until I had Monster Tree Service work on it. They worked on the soil surrounding the tree and put down mulch. The tree is now blooming healthy, green leaves! I couldn’t be more pleased. Monster Tree Service’s work is worth every amount of what they charged, truly remarkable results!!
